What Causes Delay In Menstruation?

I had unprotected sex on 4th day of my period and i had taken immergency contraceptive within 24 hrs. Now my period is delayed by 10 days. Also i used home pregnancy test twice during last week but its result is negative. What can be cause of delay of my periods?
