What Causes Delay In Period Along With Stomach Cramps And Tender Breasts?

Hello. I am due for my period today but I've been having cramping, tender breast for two weeks, and still no period with a negative pregnancy test. I took a plan b pill 2 weeks ago but I did not have any breakthrough bleeding afterwards. Could I still be pregnant?
