What Causes Delay In Period Post Medical Abortion?

Hi madam i had been taken Abortab 200mg tabs in last month date 26th and bleeding started on 27th midnight, bleeding it was with no of blood cots, after 10days i hv checked with Doctor and took 1week Antibotic tabs and done scanning my Doctor told me that it is not cleared 100% again waited another 10days and done 1 more scanning again it is not cleared 100% after that Dr given me tab Cytotec 200mg 8tabs for 4days with 2times after that there is no bleeding and again i hv informed to doctor they told me that take Primolut tabs 3days with 2 times, now 5days completed till no bleeding started and my period is also not came. pl suggest Dr is thr any harmful, i am health fit and no fever and pains till the days.
