What Causes Delay In Period, Stomach Cramps And Sleeplessness?

Hi. I m 26 years old and virgin.. I m Over weight so i workout and diet. I ve periods tracking app in my phone and usually my Periods are on time.. But this month they are already 9 days late.. Sometimes i feel i just hit them.. And i do feel cramps and i cannot sleep properly.. I m very stressed please help me..!
