What Causes Delay In Periods And Burning Sensation In Nipples?

for the past week my nipples have been hurting really badly,i have an implant in my arm so i know i cant be pregnant, and since ive had the inplant in jauary i havnt had a period,so it cant be that time of the month either, im really concerned, even my shirt brushin against them hurt, please help
