What Causes Delay In Periods And Clear Mucus Discharge With Spotting?

Ok so I have always had an abnormal period cycle but recently I have not had a period for two months. I had one in December but not in January or February. I m NOT sexually active. This month here so far I kind of bled for a couple of days but then it stopped now I noticed after urinating that there is a clear mucus with bright red blood on the toilet paper but not in the urine or on my underwear. There is no pain or burning sensation after wiping. What could this be?-21 and worried-
