What Causes Delay In Periods And Persistent Headaches?

Hi I had a blood test the other day and my thyroid level is low, also I haven't had a period since last June, I've had headaches for 4 weeks now and I'm always tired and cold, but the doctor has ruled out anemia plus I can only manage 1 or 2 meals a day.
