What Causes Delay In Periods And Severe Cramping?

Good day Doctor,I'm 35 years, in overall relatively good physical health, with a healthy BMI, 5'2" / 105 pounds. I eat a healthy, balanced diet, consisting vegetables, poultry, fruits and fish. I'm a non-smoker. I don't drink. However, I have conquered numerous traumatic events in my life which have caused panic attacks and forms of depression. My diagnosed PTSD has been effectively resolved thanks to EMDR treatment, 5 years ago. Regardless, I do occasionally experience depression and light anxiety - especially when I'm closer to my period; partially trigged due to a hormonal imbalance and a current toxic family environment. A family member has been the foundation of my former PTSD, due to an incestuous event 5 years ago. Regardless he was charged behaving inappropriately with a minor, and other women, my family chose the side of the uncle. I have recently decided to move forward and away from my family, because this has been effecting my overall wellbeing. The core of my concern and question, is that my menstrual cycle has been delayed for weeks. Though, ironically I have been experiencing severe cramps to the extend I was bedridden yesterday. Regardless the cramps, nothing. I have not been intimately active, as my partner resides overseas. We haven't been geographically together for 5 months considering he's Canadian and I'm an American in Europe and we're finding ways to be together. He has been very supportive to me. Prior to this month, my 28 day cycle has been consistent and on time. Although occasionally with severe forms of PMS (possibly PMDD) with symptoms such as depression with suicidal thoughts, migraines, anxiety, feeling light headed and unstable, extreme fatigue and insomnia, which I have been experiencing for approximately 3 years. On and off.Since changes have evolved recently within this month (end of contract and unemployed / family circumstances / an overseas move to my partner / applying for new jobs, could my overtime be triggered by stress? Or are there equivalently other underlying factors that could be the cause of the delay? Thank you in advance for your helpful answer, Doctor,Sincerely, Kind regards, Anonymous
