What Causes Delay In Periods, Cramps, Vomiting And Tiredness?

okay, im a week late for my period, i have tummy cramps and feel sick all the time. im so tired all the time but am finding it hard to sleep. ive done two negative pregnancy tests. ive just been on antibiotics for a uti which hasnt gone. do you think im pregnant or is it a side effect?
