What Causes Delay In Periods Despite Of Negative UPT?

Hi doctor,I took susten 200 from my 18th day to 29th day of periods cycle. Now it is 32nd day. Still I m not getting periods. My pregnancy test on 30th day was negative..I checked the symptoms of pregnancy.. Most of that symptoms are matched to my symptoms. Now what should I do...Whether I am pregnant or not
