What Causes Delay In Periods Inspite Of Negative Pregnancy Test Results?

Hi, my period is three days late. I usually have a very regular 31 day period,but am on day 34. I have had the exact symptoms that I always get the day of my period, since sunday with no period. I took a pregnancy test this morning and it was negative.
