What Causes Delay In Periods Inspite Of Taking Deviry?

hello Doctor,I newly married 4 months,I missed my periods last 3months my pregancy test also negetive i was went to gynecologist doctor she suggest me Deviry 10mg. i have taken Deviry 10mg for 3 days in a day 3 times but still after 5 days over am unable to get my period, please help me for this ?
