What Causes Delay In Periods Inspite Of Taking Duphaston?

Hi my name is Hanan Koubeissy and am living in Dubai.I m 50 years old, my period was regular till last November then didn t Come till date. Lately and since I star feeling too much pain in my body, bloating , more water resistance, gain weight and fesling hot and canot breath.Lately visited my dr who prescribe to take Duphstan tables for 7 days 1 morning and 1 evening.It passed 4 days since stopped and my period didn t come .I have pain in my stomach and my boobs are very big and still not coming.Please note that also I have 2 sist in my ovary right (2.75cm) and left (2.50cm)Please advise as am really gaining weight very fast Regards
