What Causes Delay In Periods Inspite Of Taking Progyluton?

Hello Doc, I am Aparna. Due to being really stressed, I didnt menstruate for five and a half months. I consulted a gynae, and was advised to take progyluton. However, before starting the pills I got my periods. The Doc still asked me to take it, because of possible recurrence of this problem. I am a bit skeptic and need advice.
