What Causes Delay In Periods, Severe Cramps And Diarrhea?

Hello, I m a 48 yr old female who is currently suffering with extreme menstral cramps(but no period) and very dark diarrhea. Since last November I have had internal ultra sound, ct, colonoscopy, endoscopy,and obgyn pap. Up to last November periods were on time and then I ended up in the er extremely bloated and in lots of pain. The diagnosis was diverticulitus, hiatal hernia, and a ruptured ovarian cyst. Hence all the other tests and procedures. I do not have results from obgyn yet. My problem it that this month I ve had no period and now I have horrible cramps and dark diareaha. Any recommendations?
