What Causes Delay In Periods While Suffering From PCOD?

Hi doctor,I am a pcod patient n this month I took clomipure plus 50 tablet from 3-7 day of my cycle and pco care regularly and estrogen 0.65mg from 5-12 day and duphaston 18-27 day daily one tablet and it was already 7 days due my date was.may I know the reason?or am I pregnant?
