What Causes Delay In Periods?

hi. Its my first box of qlaira and i has have sex with my boyfriend since the 17th daY without protección, during the box i needed treatment with azytromicine during 4 days. Today is the first day of the placebo but i havent have my period yet, is this normal or should i take a pregnancy test???????
