What Causes Delay In Periods?

i am not getting period since last 3 months and I gone through all the tests prescribed by a gynecologist. Even though I had used deviry 3 times for 5 days, I didnt had my period till now (i.e., 09-feb-15.) Please suggest me some thing to get out of this problem.
