What Causes Delay In Periods?

Hi Doctor, I took primolut to postpone my periods in feb. After stopping the pill I got my period on 18th feb. But this mnth I have not got my periods till now. I have no symptoms of pregnancy and on some days little bleeding is there. I feel cramping but bleeding hasn t started. Thanks
