What Causes Delay In Periods?

sir i have taken unwanted 72 after two days after having sex but now my periods is 10 days late and i have tested it by prega kit and it is positive so now i am very affred of it that should i continue it or take another medicine to make it clear and sir pls reply me that if i continue it then what kind of side effect will be on my baby.
