What Causes Delay In Periods?

I had my last period around 15th March. In april there was a contraception failure and I took morning after pill immediately. My period in April was just light spotting. I took 3-4 home pregrancy test after that , all were negative. This month also my periods are delayed...I took another pregrancey test which is again negative. Any advice?
