What Causes Delay In Periods?

hello doctor, iam 26 years old and working women. i get periods regularly. This month i was supposed to get on 10th.. on 10th its 30 days. but still i havent got... i was not well n took antibodies and also did a long travelling..can i know is tat the reasons
