What Causes Delay In Periods?

Hi Dr jain, I have 1ques, i have not got my periods , its been 5days now, i am getting before 4-5days of my date and i have taken the pregnancy strip test its showong positive, can you please tel me what to eat to abort pregnancy without teling anyone and also without doing operation.
