What Causes Delay In Periods?

I was suppose to get my periods on 28th May, i had a sex on 23rd may with out taking any measure as its already 1st june i have not got my periods, I have taken the tablet of cyclo Reg twice a day for 2 days. Will it be a problem? waht can be done now?
