What Causes Delay In Periods,fatigue And Heaviness In Arms And Legs?

Hi , I am 47 years old my last period was 2 months ago . This last week I have been suffering with fatigue, heavy feeling in legs and arms. I currently have some tingling in feet and hands I Also take 20 mg of lexapro daily . I think I may be perimenopausal .. Your thoughts please ?? Lori
