What Causes Delay In Periods,fatigue,spotting And Nausea?

Hi I recently had a Leep procedure done (almost 4 weeks ago). I had intercourse the day before my procedure. While having the procedure done my Iud was removed. Needless to say, I did not follow dr's orders to wait and had intercourse after a week and a half to 2 weeks (post-op). No pain, bleeding or discharge. I am concerned that I may have gotten pregnant. I have not had my period since Jan and I have no way to gauge when to expect it. I have not started the pill as back-up because I am still awaiting my period. I have been extremely fatigued, spotting (no flow), dizziness and occassional nausea (mild). My breast aren't sore/tender. Is it possible that I may have conceived. Is it too early for a hpt?
