What Causes Delay In Periods,fever And Vomiting Inspite Of Taking Unwanted-72?

Hi i had unprotected sex with my gf on 23 feb n she had taken unwanted-72 pill within 2 hrs,but its 9 day till now no bleeding occurs and there is no sign of bleeding as well. But she is feeling tiredness,fever and womiting can you please help me out?
