What Causes Delay In Periods,nausea And Breast Soreness?

Hello. I m worried that I may be pregnant. The reason being is that my period hasn t come on this month. The last time it came on was january 17th. I have never missed a period in my life. I am 24 years old. I have been on birth control from december 2009 to april 2014 and haven t been on them since april 2014. My husband were not using protection since april and this is scaring me. I have been nauseated, sore breasts and have seen spoting but no period just symptoms. The pain started february 17th but no period and its 7 days later. Is it possible I could be pregnant?
