What Causes Delay In Periods,thick White Discharge And Vomiting?

Doc my name is Julie and my fiancee and I have been trying for a baby. Its been 46 days since my last period and no signs of bleeding. Ive been having lots of white creamy discharge along with all other pregnancy symptoms. Ive been to the er as I was constantly vomiting and they did a blood and urine test, however they were negative. I had issues with my hcg levels 14 years ago when I was pregnant with my son. Not sure if im going through the same issues again or not.
