What Causes Delay In Periods,tiredness And Bloating Of Stomach?

Hi I am 24 years old had the iud in for 2 years and had it taken out in February since then I have ha periods which have only lasted 3 days at the most! I am currently 3 days late for my period and not experiencing any symptoms of a period coming either have took a pregnancy test and it came back negative. But I feel bloated and am very tired all day everyday is this normal after having iud removed? We are trying for a baby and already have a little boy should I go and see my gp or wait for my cycle to become regular again many thanks jodi
