What Causes Delay Of Periods Inspite Of Taking Ipill?

I had sex with my gf on 17th dec 2014 she took ipill within 24hrs bt nrml periods dates of her is 10th bt till nw period's haven't occurred she also took self pregnancy test on 13th and the result was negative bt we are worried because of no periods till nw plzz help
Is she pregnant??
