What Causes Delayed Menstruation Along With Sharp Pain In Lower Abdomen?

I haven't had a cycle since November 15, 2014. Now I'm having sharp pains in my lower abdomen and I've started spotting 2 days ago. Today I used the bathroom and there's spotting and a piece of flesh with a small amount of blood was mixed with it. Could it be I've miscarried??
