What Causes Delayed Menstruation Despite Taking Deviry Pills?

Hi Doc! My menstruation is delayed for 3 months. I had a check up with my OB and asked me to do a test like CBC, FT3, FT4, TSH and TVS and gave me a Deviry 10mg to take 3x a day for 3 days and she said it will take effect after 3-5 days of taking it. After I got my results and she said everything is normal and should wait for menstruation. But the thing is until now ( 7th day after I take Deviry ) I don t have my menstruation yet. Should I wait for another days or should I do a follow up check up? What can you suggest doc?
