What Causes Delayed Menstruation In Spite Of Medication?

Hi doc. I take althea pills started on January my first day of menstruation. I finished 2 packs of althea and still no menstruation happens. I done pregnancy test and its negative.. What happened to my cycle? Do I have problem in my circulation? thanks
