What Causes Delayed Menstruation, Soreness Of Breasts Nd Nausea?

I need your help. My boobs are very sore and on nov 18 took preg test and was neg and i went to doc on nov 20 and they checked for lump and urine preg test but neg. I did start spotting on nov 25 lightly and now and then still have spots but i also get sick. Not like preg sick or the way icgot sick with my kids. My boobs are still so sore. And my urine smells and my heart beats faster.can you help.
