What Causes Delayed Period After Implanon Removal?

well in september i had got my birth control removed (implanion) in october my period came on around the 23 until the 27 then 2 weeks later my period comes back on that was on the 10th of november and only stays on for 3 days now december is hear and havent had a period yet
