What Causes Delayed Period After Having Hcg Diet Injection?

ok i did the hcg diet injection by a doctor and worked ok did for like a month or plus didnt like it stoped and I have not started my period after the diet its been like 3 months now. Any ideas or should I just go back to the doctor. I have always been regular untill now, and I am not pregnant at all thats for sure. Thanks
