What Causes Delayed Period After Stopping Micronor?

Hi, I was taking micronor for 2 months and had no periods apart from in the first week of taking it (2 weeks after having my coil taken out). I have now been off it for almost 4 weeks and have still not had a period. I have taken a pregnancy test which came back negative.
