What Causes Delayed Period After Stopping Duphaston While UPT Is Negative?

I took duphaston for 5 day but its my 9day now after stopping taking the medicine but still i haven't got my period. I already had my pregnancy test after my two weeks delayed but it is negative and i can see that my lower stomach gets bigger. What must be the cause of this?
