What Causes Delayed Period After Taking Deviry?

I took Deviry 10mg in Jan 15 as per doctor s advice to delay my periods, but got it before I completed the course of 6 tablets, on 18-Jan. Now, it has been 46 days and I have not got my periods yet. Could this be the side effects of the tablet? I otherwise have regular periods - 28-30 days cycle. I have a 2.6 yr old daughter.
