What Causes Delayed Period After Taking I-pill Followed By Sex?

I had sex on 17 Feb. and I took ipill in the evening on 18 feb. I got my last periods on 22 January. but now I missed it. is there any chance of getting pregnant ? because today I observed some bleeding but its not proper as periods. so i m tensed tell me please what is going on with me.
