What Causes Delayed Period After Taking Levonelle?

hi just have one question . last month i was very unlucky as i needed to take levonelle twice in a menstrual cycle(split condom ) . i had my first period 3 days earlier but now next month is already 4 days late , pregnancy test is negative . is it normal ?
