What Causes Delayed Period Along With Pain In Stomach, Legs And Head?

Hi, we had unprotected sex on 2nd of Feb and then on 2nd of March. I missed my period cycle which comes on 25th of every month. I did pregnancy on 4th march but it was negative. I am feeling little low and suffering from pain in stomach, legs & head. Please advice how to take this forward.
