What Causes Delayed Period Along With Sweating In Feet?

this is going to sound so stupid but im curious im 4 days late for my period neg results on home hpts so far but anyways my feet have been randomly getting sweaty no socks or shoes just laying down and my feet feel cold but there sweating I know for me to think thats a sign of pregnancy is crazy and im sure its not a sign but is there any reason why that would happen might it be a sign
