What Causes Delayed Period And Black Stool While HPT Is Negative?

Hello, I was supposed to start my period last week but I didn't. I took a pregnancy test and it was negative. I've been having sharp stomach pains and it hurts me to use the bathroom. My stool is black and I've been passing gas frequently. Its been going on for a week now and I don't know what's going on.
