What Causes Delayed Period And Breast Pain?

i had an abortion on 18th of nov then i started my periods from 9th of dec .i had unprotected sex after a month of abortion and started bleeding the next day.now its almost 24 days i havnt had periods and m getting pains in my breast.what does it mean?
