What Causes Delayed Period And Breast Soreness While UPT Is Negative?

i got my last periods on december 22. til today i didnt get my periods after that...am taking glycomet 500mg daily...and also folic acid....my doctor advised me to take duphaston 10mg for 4 days..and told me wait for 1 week..till now i didnt get my periods... :( am having stomach pain, sore breast and even backpain...wot i hav to do now??? shud i check my UPT?? 2 weeks bck wen i chckd my UPT it was negative...please giv me a solution doctor...
