What Causes Delayed Period And Brown Vaginal Discharge Post Medical Abortion?

Hi, i had a medical abortion on feb 18th at 8w2d pregnant. When to follow up and dr said uterus was clean , there was a little something but it was prob period coming, i got iud put in that day and bleed a bit. i still didn t get my period but i have bronw discharge since abortion and light cramps sometimes. Im worried! !
