What Causes Delayed Period And Fluid Discharge From Breast?

Hi I am a 30 year old female. My breast has been leaking fluid for 2 months and I have not had a period in two months. There is no chance of me being pregnant. I am taking medication for bipolar and heart pressure. What would be the cause of these symptoms?
