What Causes Delayed Period And Frequent Urination While UPT Is Negative?

so , the last time i had sex was September 13th . my period usually comes at the 30th or the first of every month and lasts about 4 to 5 days . since sept . my periods have been normal and i had a negative pregnancy test at the doctor and home . i have not had a period for Feb. and i am constantly peeing , my stomach feels a little weird sometimes and my wrist and left rib cage is sore . what s going on with me ? if the doctor test was wrong i would be 22 weeks pregnant .
